I used to exercise when I was in uni but since started working four years ago, excluding walking 1 hr a day, I have not done any exercises. My regular health checkup indicated that I don’t have muscle and I suffer the usual neck, shoulder and back pain. Would Pilates suitable for me? if I’m not wrong, Pilates would be a little too intensive for vulnerable people like me. I hardly can stretch, i.e. i cant even do the normal yoga stretch and it seems v ‘tight’, if that helps.
