IS IT GOOD OR BAD WHEN YOU EXECUTE THE FLOW ROUTINE FASTER THAN THE REST OF THE CLASS?

It’s been 7 weeks since we launched THE FLOW SERIES. We’ve got lots of positive feedback from the participants.
