Push your endurance and stamina to the limits with Weight Loss Plus Pilates. In this class, intermediate and advanced Pilates exercises are performed with little to no breaks in between to challenge your strength and body awareness. Weight Loss Plus exercises require a good sense of balance and strong coordination skills to execute each exercise well.
*You will need to complete 10 classes of Reformer Weight Loss Pilates, Reformer Body Aches Pilates, Reformer Cardio Jumpboard or Reformer Abs-Burn before going for your first Weight Loss Plus class. Weight Loss Plus class is currently available only in Group Reformer class.
