Pilates Chair Group Class

 

Pilates Fitness is the first in Singapore to offer Group Pilates Chair classes targeted at effective weight loss and solving various fitness woes such as body aches and injury rehabilitation.
 

Found only in Pilates studios, the Pilates Chair is a special equipment with pedals and springs attached for resistance.
 

In contrast to Pilates Mat and Reformer, most Pilates Chair exercises are performed seated or standing which are closer to our daily routines. Also, people with limited knee movements or are unable to lie down on their back due to medical conditions such as severe scoliosis or back injuries and can still do Pilates Chair to strengthen their core.

You will need to complete a 30 minute Chair Introduction class before going for your first Weight Loss or Body Aches Pilates Chair class.
