As the name suggests, expect to feel a burning sensation on your abs in this 55 minutes intermediate class! Attend a combination of Weight Loss Pilates, Abs-Burn, and Cardio Jumpboard to achieve flat and toned abdominals.


*You need to complete 5 classes of Reformer Weight Loss Pilates and/or Reformer Body Aches Pilates before going for your first Abs-Burn class. Abs-Burn is currently available only in Group Reformer class.
