I used to exercise when I was in uni but since started working four years ago, excluding walking 1 hr a day, I have not done any exercises. My regular health checkup indicated that I don’t have muscle and I suffer the usual neck, shoulder and back pain. Would Pilates suitable for me? if I’m not wrong, Pilates would be a little too intensive for vulnerable people like me. I hardly can stretch, i.e. i cant even do the normal yoga stretch and it seems v ‘tight’, if that helps.

We are experienced with handling beginners with no backgrounds with Pilates. You don’t have to worry about being too inflexible. Our body aches class is designed to strengthen postural muscles. Our instructors will also ensure that the exercises are executed using correct muscular work. With regular classes, you’ll be able to build longer, leaner muscles as well as improve your posture, flexibility and coordination. All this, while decreasing body aches.
