I’m quite slim but I’m not toned, basically like tofu so even though I look like I have no tummy, when sitting, my tyres around my waist show. Most fat is centered around my waist. My goal is to get a toned tummy/abs and gain muscle (but NOT to be muscular).I have checked out the classes descriptions but kindly advice which class would suit me the most?
