Hi, I would like to know more about the Body Aches and the Weight Loss Pilates classes.
The exercises or sequences of exercises in each type of class differs.
Weight Loss classes focuses on burning calories, hence it is faster and we are not so particular on correction so as to keep the cardio burn going. However, not that our instructors will ensure that clients execute exercises correctly and safely.
Body Aches classes tend to be slower, and we are more focused on ensuring correct mascular work. The exercises chosen are focused to strengthen postural muscles.
